Prior his career real estate, he earned a scholarship the University of Southern California 2000 earning a degree in Communication. His years at USC taught him be a disciplined formidable competitor, as he was a starting pitcher the Trojan baseball team. He was awarded the Marks Foundation Scholar Athlete Excellence Athletics and Academics, as well as the Pac 10 All Academic Team 2003 and 2004. Upon graduation, he moved Las Vegas where he began a career wholesale finance earning the distinction of No. 1 in Production Las Vegas, top 1% among Business Managers, and Platinum Producer Sales Excellence one of the nation’s largest lending institutions.
Bret resides in Bear Creek Country with his wife and business partner, Lisa, and their two young children. Having grown Woodinville, his desire give the community he knows and loves has never wavered. They devote much of their time ensure the betterment of their supporting and volunteering in their neighborhood, local schools, athletic teams, and charitable organizations on a regular basis.
