While providing support both professionally and personally, she brings a sense of consistency and warmth to the team.
As the Director of Operations, Roberta oversees operations and contracts, handling everything from client development and project management to listing supervision and transactional administration. Her meticulous attention to detail is evident through every stage, from the initial consultation to the final closing. With a background that combines a BSBA in finance, creative writing and interior design talents, and experience owning a staging company, Roberta skillfully integrates the analytical and artistic elements of real estate. Her expertise has proven to be an invaluable asset to Butler & Butler and its clients.
Roberta grew up in Texas and lived in Kansas City before moving to the PNW, where she has called the Eastside home since 2000. Besides exploring the local landscape, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, long-distance running, and working on home improvement projects. She is also the caretaker of Harper, a beloved, happy, and energetic Golden Retriever who welcomes all to the Totem Lake Village office.
