Sunny Butler

Sunny brings a strong background and 40+ years’ experience as a sales and marketing executive to Butler & Butler, where she leads one of the most extensive and effective marketing programs both locally and nationally. She ensures that each listing receives a tailored strategic marketing plan, one that goes far beyond standard approaches. Through consistent, sustained efforts across every available channel, Butler & Butler maximizes exposure and delivers the highest possible return for its clients.

A graduate of California State University at Long Beach, Sunny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Master of Science Degree in Public Health. She served as Director of Graduate and Undergraduate Programs in Health Administration at Whitworth University. After eight years in academia, she became Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Blue Cross of Washington and Alaska, where she more than doubled sales production within two years, before being recruited by Group Health as their Vice President of Sales. At the pinnacle of her corporate career, she accepted a position as International Vice President of Marketing for EMC2. Greg finally managed to persuade her to join him in real estate, and Butler & Butler was born. And… they said it couldn’t be done!

Besides having a successful, distinguished career, Sunny is known to be a leader in her community and the beloved matriarch of the Butler Family. She is mother to daughter Brooke and son Bret, mother-in-law to Lisa, and doting grandmom to Bret and Lisa’s two children.
