Compass Concierge lets eligible sellers improve their home before listing without paying upfront. Compass fronts the cost of services like staging, painting, flooring, landscaping and repairs, and you repay it when your home sells (program terms apply). As a Compass team, Butler & Butler helps Woodinville, Redmond, Bellevue and Kirkland sellers decide which projects are worth doing and stays by your side through the work. Call 206.604.3350 to see if your home qualifies.
How Compass Concierge works
- Pick the projects. We walk through your home and recommend the updates most likely to raise your sale price, then set an estimated budget.
- Do the work. You engage the contractors and vendors, with us by your side.
- List your home. When the work is done, your home goes on the market.
- Repay at closing. According to Compass, the funds are repaid when your home sells, when the listing agreement ends or 12 months after your Concierge start date, whichever comes first.
What Concierge can cover
Compass lists more than 100 covered services, including:
- Staging, decluttering and deep cleaning
- Interior and exterior painting
- Floor repair and carpet replacement
- Landscaping and fencing
- Cosmetic, kitchen and bathroom improvements
- Roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and water heater repairs
- Pest control, seller-side inspections and sewer lateral work
- Moving and storage
Why it matters for $1M–$2M Eastside homes
Buyers have more choice than a year ago. Over the three months ending September 2026, Redfin reports that 39.4% of Redmond homes and 36.5% of Kirkland homes had a price drop. In a market like this, homes that show well from day one stand out. Concierge lets you pay for that preparation when your home sells instead of upfront.
How our team has used Compass Concierge
Our team has used Compass Concierge to prepare homes like an Education Hill home in Redmond, which sold for its full list price of $1,697,000 in 3 days in 2026, and a Serena Estates home in Woodinville, which was listed at $1,838,000 and sold for $1,750,000 after 38 days on the market in 2026.
