The lodge is also a popular spot for high school dance pictures, graduation celebrations, and more. Every year, the community hosts a Halloween bash at the community lodge. The 4th of July is also an especially festive time at the lake, with residents streaming to the waterfront to host barbeques and elaborate displays of fireworks.
