A meal at The Herbfarm Seattle is a true dining experience. Guests are welcomed into the Salon by an ocean-themed fireplace that is one century old. The vintage fireplace is the perfect complement to the restaurant’s antique fixtures, wainscoting, and beautiful stained glass.
Prior to each dinner seating, guests can choose to take part in an optional Wine Cellar Open House. This wine tour begins approximately 50 minutes prior to the dinner seating. Or guests can choose to participate in the 30-minute outdoor hosted garden tour. This tour will let diners get a peek at the kitchen gardens owned and operated by the restaurant. Throughout the year, these lush gardens supply the kitchen with many of its fresh and seasonal ingredients.
